Monitoring plans have undergone some changes:

• Free plan no longer monitors POP3 and SMTP ports.


• DNS and Download Time monitoring is included in the free plan.


• Users subscribed for the free service receive weekly monitoring reports. Unsubscribtion is not allowed unless the website monitoring is deactivated.


• Users subscribed for paid monitoring plans also get weekly monitoring reports but unsubscribtion is allowed.


• All users subscribed to the Free monitoring plan have access to the standard list of services monitored; this list can not be changed (Connect time, Host ping, DNS, Download time). Users subscribed for the paid plans can change services they want to monitor.
